These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 456ed platform — Bangladesh's online casino and sports betting destination. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing 456ed, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 456ed platform — whether by visiting the website at https://456ed.app, downloading any associated mobile application, creating a user account, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including 456ed's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the platform, regardless of whether they have completed registration or are accessing the site as a guest. When You Accept These Terms
Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) completing the 456ed registration form; (b) making a first deposit; (c) placing your first wager; or (d) clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent consent checkbox presented during account setup. These events mark the formation of a binding agreement between you and 456ed.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on 456ed, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing on the 456ed platform, without exception.
- You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by automated bots, scripts, or on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation is prohibited.

- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee, director, or officer of 456ed or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 456ed platform, whether through self-exclusion, 456ed-initiated closure, or any responsible gaming intervention.
- You must be the sole and lawful owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds on the platform. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
456ed reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 456ed may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Where 456ed has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending completion of a KYC age verification check. If the user is confirmed to be under 18, all deposits will be returned to the source payment method and all winnings will be voided and forfeited.
Age Verification (KYC)
All users are required to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. KYC documents accepted include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid Bangladeshi passport
- Birth registration certificate (supplementary)
- Recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification
Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of false or tampered documents constitutes fraud and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one active account on 456ed. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
One Account Per Person
You may only hold one registered account on the 456ed platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 456ed strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Notify 456ed immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accurate Information
All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud. You may update your contact details at any time from your account settings.
Mobile Verification
A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number is required to complete the 456ed registration process. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your number for verification. Your mobile number is also used for 2FA login security and for account recovery purposes. Numbers associated with VoIP or virtual SIM services are not accepted.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 456ed reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. Users will be notified by email before any such fee is applied, and the account can be reactivated by completing a successful login.
Geographic Restrictions
456ed is operated for the Bangladesh market. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location in order to circumvent access restrictions is strictly prohibited. 456ed reserves the right to close any account detected as using such circumvention techniques and to void all associated wagers and balances.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on the 456ed platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 456ed supports the most widely used mobile money and banking channels in Bangladesh for fast, secure fund transfers.
Deposits
The minimum deposit on 456ed is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Visa and Mastercard card payments are also supported where available.
Deposits are credited to your 456ed wallet in real time in most cases. Occasional delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during peak periods or due to payment processor maintenance windows. If a deposit does not reflect after 60 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
456ed does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 456ed accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account reviewed.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal on 456ed is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practices.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside core hours or over public holidays may take up to 24 hours to complete. 456ed makes no binding guarantee of processing times, which may vary subject to payment processor availability.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, 456ed may require completion of KYC identity verification. This is a one-time process for most users. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawals held in a pending state until verification is successfully completed.
456ed reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
456ed offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
456ed reserves the right to offer, modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The availability of any specific promotion is at 456ed's sole discretion and may be limited by user location, account history, or other eligibility criteria.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 456ed bonuses is 30x the bonus amount received.
Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each wager staked, live casino games contribute between 5% and 20%, and sports betting contributes at a rate specified in the individual bonus terms. 456ed publishes a full game contribution table in the relevant promotion pages.
Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus balance and related winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry.
Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from a bonus is capped at 10x the value of the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal.
Abuse and Misuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed to artificially meet requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances, the voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
456ed reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error or as a result of a technical fault. Only one promotional offer may be active on a single account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 456ed staff or other users
- Attempting to hack, probe, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
- Using a third party's payment method without their explicit authorisation
Your Positive Obligations
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential at all times
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information on your account
- Complete KYC verification promptly when requested by 456ed
- Play within your financial means and set appropriate deposit limits
- Report any suspected technical faults or errors to support immediately, without exploiting them
- Notify 456ed promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming
- Engage with 456ed's responsible gaming tools if gaming begins to feel unmanageable
- Ensure no minor under the age of 18 has access to your 456ed account or login credentials
456ed reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of these obligations, including but not limited to: issuing a formal warning; suspending access to specific features; voiding wagers or winnings associated with the breach; permanently closing the account; withholding or confiscating account balances where legally permissible; and reporting the conduct to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and elements of the 456ed platform — including but not limited to the 456ed brand name and logo, the website design, layout, typography, colour scheme, graphics, icons, photographs, audio files, video content, written text, software code, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property displayed on or embedded within the platform — are the exclusive property of 456ed or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, transmission, republication, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any platform content, whether in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of 456ed.
Game content displayed on the 456ed platform — including slot game titles, live casino interfaces, sports data feeds, and crash game mechanics — is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456ed, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 456ed platform — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based.
Without limiting the foregoing, 456ed specifically excludes liability for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from a user's own decision to place a wager, including wagers placed in error or under the influence of self-admitted problem gambling behaviour;
- Interruptions, outages, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, payment processors, or Force Majeure events;
- Losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure or their failure to enable available security features such as 2FA;
- Incorrect odds, prices, or pay-table values displayed as a result of a manifest error (see Manifest Error clause below);
- Taxes, levies, or duties payable by a user in their jurisdiction on gaming winnings — users are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations;
- Any loss or damage arising from the user's reliance on information, tips, or predictions published on the platform, including any content on the /tips page, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or betting advice.
Manifest Errors: 456ed reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that was accepted as a result of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the odds, pay-table, game settings, or any other platform parameter that a reasonable user would have recognised as erroneous at the time of wagering. In the event of a manifest error, 456ed will attempt to restore all affected accounts to the position they were in immediately before the erroneous transaction was processed.
Game and Technical Faults: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during an active game round, 456ed will follow the game provider's published fault resolution procedure. This may include voiding the affected round and returning the staked amount to the user's wallet balance. 456ed's liability in such circumstances is limited solely to the return of the stake for the affected round.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 456ed's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Platform Availability
456ed does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. 456ed will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.
Your Own Tax Responsibility
Winnings on 456ed may be subject to local taxation depending on your circumstances and jurisdiction. 456ed does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of users. You are solely responsible for declaring gaming winnings to the relevant tax authority if required by law in your jurisdiction.
Account Suspension & Closure
456ed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Users also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time.
Temporary Suspension
456ed may temporarily suspend an account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. During a suspension, the user cannot log in, wager, deposit, or withdraw. 456ed will aim to resolve suspensions within 72 hours and notify the user of the outcome by email.
Permanent Closure by 456ed
456ed may permanently close an account without prior notice if the user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, is found to be under 18, or has been identified as a risk to the platform's integrity or other users. In confirmed fraud cases, balances may be confiscated.
Voluntary Closure
You may close your 456ed account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Users who invoke the self-exclusion tool will have their account suspended for the duration selected (from 6 months to permanent). Self-exclusion overrides any other account state. Upon closure of an account for any reason, any outstanding bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be immediately forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of a legitimate voluntary closure or 456ed-initiated closure not related to fraud or breach will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
456ed retains the right to retain account transaction records and personal data for the period required by applicable law, even following account closure, for purposes including anti-money laundering compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting.
Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or formatting changes — may be made without advance notice. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 456ed is a platform primarily serving the Bangladesh market, and these terms are designed to operate in a manner consistent with the legal framework applicable to digital services and online gaming within Bangladesh.
Informal Resolution: 456ed encourages users to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting the 456ed support team at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Many disputes — including those relating to payment delays, bonus calculations, and account queries — can be resolved quickly at this stage.
Formal Dispute Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial contact, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process described in the 456ed Help Centre. 456ed will provide written reasons for any final decision made in relation to a formal dispute.
Limitation Period: Any claim arising from your use of the 456ed platform must be submitted in writing to 456ed within six (6) months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be entertained, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 456ed with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of whatever nature.
Waiver: 456ed's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
